The highly anticipated film, Kipchoge: The Last Milestone, is set to premiere this summer.

In the trailer released two weeks ago, Kipchoge explores the ups and downs of life, the challenges faced in Marathons, plus the pain experienced during training and running. He also looks at the brighter and momentous side, the joy at the end of the Marathon.
Eliud Kipchoge is a top world Athlete and record holder in the marathon, with a time of 2:01:39, set on Sep 16, 2018, at the Berlin marathon.
The 36-year-old, dubbed, the greatest marathoner of the modern era, beat one of the greatest sporting barriers of our time, running the marathon distance in just under 2hrs at Vienna, Austria.
The film has been executive produced by English film director and producer Ridley Scott, who has produced films including; the road adventure film, Thelma & Louise, and the historical drama film, Gladiator.
Kevin Macdonald a Scottish, with award-winning documentary features has also produced the film.
Kipchoge, the ambassador for Sportswear Nike and Isuzu D’max wrote on Twitter; ” I am very excited to share with you the trailer for my movie Kipchoge: The last milestone! Join me on my journey as I prepared to make history by running a marathon under 2 hours. I hope by watching the film you will be inspired to run. Coming this summer!”
Tokyo Olympics 2021
Kipchoge is set to participate in the upcoming, summer Olympics 2021, happening in Tokyo, Japan, he posted on his Twitter feed, ” My real excitement in Tokyo is no longer about competing at an Olympic Games, it is about making a legacy.”
On his preparations, he added “My preparations for the Olympic Games are going really well. It is only 2 weeks from now before I’ll take the plane to Japan. I’m excited to participate in Sapporo for Olympic Marathon.”
