On Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021 Comedian, Radio Presenter, and Actor Daniel Ndambuki, popularly known as Churchill launched a Foundation.
The seasoned entertainer hosted a black-tie event at The Serena Hotel, where he unveiled the Churchill Foundation.
In attendance were the industry’s who is who from Maina Kageni, Teacher Wanjiku, Mammito, Terrence Creative, Sleepy David, Kabu Simon, Milly Chebby, and Robert Burale.
Churchill’s Legacy
Churchill who has given a platform to hundreds of comedians in the country revealed he craves to see more talents coming up after he leaves the industry.
“I look forward to seeing the entertainment industry getting the respect it deserves.” He said.
In a press release, the foundation revealed it aims to execute several programs.
“The foundation has put several projects in place that work to positively impact society and infuse a sense of dignity especially the very poor and marginalized.” It read.
In celebration of finally launching the Foundation; Churchill posted;
“Today marks a very special day in my life as we birth Churchill Foundation here at Serena Hotel. To all of you that believed in the dream ahsanteni sana. God wins.”
The host of the event; Robert Burale also shared his appreciation for the event;
“An honor hosting the launch of Churchill Foundation.”
