It’s that time of the year guys… DECEMBER and what better way to start the month than the Jameson Connect Party happening today. We have the details on what to expect tonight from the two main acts; Ty Dolla and Nasty C who spoke at a pre-event press conference, yesterday shortly after they both flew in from the USA and South Africa respectively. Hope you caught our stories and Live on Instagram.
Ty Dolla who has been working on some dope projects shared his enthusiasm to be performing for the first time in Kenya and Africa for that matter. The artiste who refuses to be labeled as a “rapper” has been seeing requests of what to perform from his fans on social media and is ready to give them a performance they will not forget. “I’m so excited to finally be here with my Kenyan fans. Tomorrow’s show will have them on their feet all night!” Said Ty Dolla $ign.
Nasty C who has been in Kenya before to shoot a music video has also been waiting for a chance to show up for his fans and promised the night is going to be epic. “Expect a movie!” he said, echoing Ty’s sentiments. “Kenya feels like home and this experience is allowing us to make real connections and empower the music industry as a whole. Keeping Africa on the charts is number one on my list,” he added.
Ty and Nasty C will be joining our favourite local artists; Khaligraph Jones, Kagwe Mungai and The Kansol. You know Jameson parties have the best DJ sets ever so at this fourth edition DJs Jack Rooster, Burn, Bash, Kace, Mellow and DJ Butch Norman will be playing.
“As the name suggests, Jameson Connects aims to ‘Connect’ people, we want to bring together friends, family, colleagues, partners, and strangers all in one setting to connect over an amazing experience courtesy of Jameson,” said Predrag Amidzic – Managing Director, Pernod Ricard Kenya & East Africa.
Expect a fun-filled night to start your end of year festivities at the Jameson Connect Party.
