Two hours of sunset, an event that brings to you an outdoor Kenyan movie experience, will be digging deep into their crates for August’s edition.
The event, which takes place at Karen Village, Ngong Road, will be screening two classical Kenyan movies, “Malooned” and “Amin the rise and fall” on Saturday 31st.
Malooned! is a 2007 film directed by Bob Nyanja, set in Kenya which has Di (Gabriella Mutia) as a 28, beautiful, intelligent and very confident lady trapped in ladies a toilet with Luther (Godfrey Odhiambo) for several days.
The two have no choice but to make the best of their forced “vacation”, working together despite their differences; finding in themselves, and each other, a strength untold.
Rise and Fall of Idi Amin is a 1981 biographical film directed by Sharad Patel and starring Joseph Olita as Idi Amin. Olita also played Amin in the 1991 film Mississippi Masala.
Tickets for the events are going at a 1000 bob and close on Saturday, 31st Aug, 2019 @ 04:00 pm.
