The Voice Africa Calls For Submissions, Citizen TV To Host The Show

Airtel Kenya has called for The Voice Africa registration.

The Voice Africa, a music reality show is set to hold participants drawn from 14 African countries including Kenya.

Calling for registration for the competition, Airtel Kenya Shared on Twitter;

“From shower to light up the stage at #TheVoiceAfrica! Click thevoice.africa to register.”

Citizen TV set to The Voice Africa

Calls for registration for the show comes after the announcement that Citizen TV will host the show.

Royal Media Services Group Production Director Latifah Ngunjiri said the show will greatly expose talent…

“We promise our audiences great experiences, a great journey, and a great exposure of talent,” she said.

Airtel Kenya Marketing Director Prisca Murigo said the show will help young Kenyans by nurturing and championing their musical talents.

“This is an opportunity for everyone who has a music dream to have an opportunity to express themselves, to be recognised at a global scale and also build a career in music,” said Murugo.

“Kenya has such great talent and this is the one season where we as Kenyans can stand up and show it to the continent. This is the first time in Africa that we are having a program at this scale,” Danice King’ori, Airtel Africa’s Media Lead said.

How to Register for The Voice Africa

To register, prepare a one-minute singing video saved in mp4 format then log on to www.thevoice.africa, fill out the registration form and upload the video

Seven Kenyan candidates will be selected to represent the country in the program.

The winner takes home $100,000 an equivalent of over 12 million shillings.

Registration closes on Thursday 10th November.
