The Kenya Fashion Awards (KFA) recently held its annual edition of the NextGen Fashion Weekend at the Kenya National Theatre.
NextGen Fashion Weekend is a subsidiary event of Kenya Fashion Awards that provides a platform for Upcoming Designers and Fashion Design Students from different colleges and universities across the country to showcase their designs and creativity, as well as compete and network with key industry players.
Some of the emerging and student designers who showcased in this year’s event include Frida Murithi, Asmamaw (Ethiopia), Winston Mutugi, Ariko Kirsten, Keruno Jane, Faith Mwakidedela, and Okumu.
