2023 International Women’s Day Concert
What better way to start the women’s month than at a concert celebrating women? Liboi, Muhonja, and Gaia Carnino are performing live at the Alliance Francaise on Friday 3rd. Come through for a fantastic music showcase by super talented women from 7 pm. Entry is absolutely free.

Betrayal in the City
There will be a play of Francis Imbuga’s popular book Betrayal in the City at the Kenya National Theatre. The play will be available to watch on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th 10th, 11th, and 12th of March 2023 at 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm on all days apart from the 3rd where it screens at 6:30 pm only. The play is directed by Stuart Nash who is also famed for directing Sarafina and Ngugi Wa Thiong’o’s I Will Marry When I Want. Tickets are available on Kenyabuzz.

Pikika Brunch Fest
Brunch will be served hot at the Pikika Brunch Fest on Saturday 4th at the Anzana Gardens, behind Two Rivers Mall. This is the march edition of this events series. Come enjoy delicious meals from Holy Dave’s Kitchen, George Grill King, Nairobi Tacos, Akinyi’s Plate, Arthurz Lafayette, Rabala’s Delights, and The Mbuzi Guy. There will also be a fantastic bar & boutique cocktail experience and music from DJ Panik, DJ M-Jay, DJ Gatmo, and Mista DRU as well as cool games, pop-up shops, live artwork, and other fun activities. Shoke Shoke Festival
Sability hitmaker Ayrra Star is back in Kenya to headline the Shoke Shoke Festival at the KICC on Saturday 4th. Also set to perform are Khaligraph Jones, Mejja, The Only Rosa, and Boutross. The organizers, Mwanaume Ni Effort promise a world-class eco-friendly music festival and tons of fun. Tickets are available on Ticket Sasa and Hustle Sasa. Gates open from 4 pm till late.
