Skin Therapy- Bridget Shighadi And Muthoni Mukiri Now Hosting KTN Show

Actor Bridget Shighadi and former Inooro TV anchor Muthoni Wa Mukiri are the new hosts for a lifestyle show on KTN TV. The show is called “Skin Therapy” and is about how we can take care of the largest body organ. The show airs on Sundays at 4.30 PM.

Muthoni, who left Royal Media Services in 2020, joined KTN Home as the host of a new show. She made the announcement on her social media platforms, where she shared details of her new show.

“My new show-The Skin Therapy Show. I host the show alongside Bridget Shighadi. My premiere episode is this Sunday at 4.30 pm exclusively at KTN Home,” she posted.

Skin Therapy has aired on KTN for more than six years now with former radio presenter and news anchor Joey Muthengi among some of the hosts.

Muthoni is returning to mainstream media after leaving Inooro TV in 2020. She has been keeping busy by starting her own business and continuing her career as a life coach on her YouTube channel.

During her time at Inooro TV, Muthoni gained popularity and was one of the first anchors at the Royal Media Services (RMS) outlet, alongside her co-host Ken wa Kuraya.

Bridget Shigadi, on the other hand, has been successful in her acting career and has appeared in several films in Kenya and internationally. One of her notable roles was her portrayal of the antagonist, Sophia, in the hit Citizen TV series Maria.

The announcement of the new show comes at a time when Standard Media Group, KTN Home’s parent company, is undergoing restructuring due to challenges faced by media houses. This process has resulted in layoffs for many journalists and employees and is expected to continue for a few more months.
