Brunching is now a popular activity in Kenya and with Nairobians; especially on the weekend. Brew Bistro is one of the restaurants that has a popular and affordable brunch menu that most foodies frequent whether for an intimate date or with their squads.
This past Saturday your timeline was probably buzzing with pictures of the newly launched brunch at the Westlands night spot and restaurant – brought to you by Singleton, which is one of the world’s fastest growing Single Malt Scotch whisky.
The Singleton infused menu was created by Brew’s executive chef Dennis Sawo and it is quite pocket-friendly with a variety of light breakfast items and some more filling lunch dishes. (Average of 1500 for the meals and 3000 with unlimited cocktails)
Some of the items in the street food inspired menu includes a lamb fire gyro that uses Singleton Tailfire in its barbeque sauce, chicken satay with the Sanray variety in the peanut sauce, brew style smoky bravas, Pork ban thao and a fire-grilled chicken dubbed Kijiji that is grilled with Tailfire jerk sauce.
If you love brunching and are a whisky lover or even new to the spirit but you like to try new things this would be something worth checking out!
