Just in Time was shot in Kenya in 2019 and it boasts of a star-studded cast that comprises seasoned actors such as Sarah Hassan, Stycie Waweru, Eve D’Souza, Pierra Makena, Martin Githinji, Lydia Gitachu, Jazz Mistri, Kagwe Mungai, Blessing Lung’aho and Fidel Maithya just to mention a few. Also in the leading role is Ghanaian actor and film producer Mawuli Gavor.
The family comedy-drama movie joins the likes of Poachers, 40 Sticks, Disconnect, and Sincerely Daisy in airing on Netflix. The content platform and production giant has been on a mission to increase the amount of African content on their platform.
Sarah and Lowla Dee seem to be the dream team as they have collaborated on film projects such as Plan B in the past.
Sarah’s impeccable record earned her praises from fans and various coveted accolades. Last year, her thriller movie 40 Sticks received most awards in the film category at Kalasha with 9 awards. Fans are dying with anticipation if their comments are anything to go by.
