After the extremely great performance by Dru Hill last year courtesy of Property Reality Company (PRC), an event dubbed The Plot, it’s about that time we relived the 90s again on August 13th this year.
The announcement was made that RnB stars Mya, Ginuwine and 112 will be shutting down Nairobi and nobody is ready for it more than I am.
I remember singing along to Ginuwine’s Pony back in the day and not really knowing what it meant… all I knew was my mum wasn’t exactly pleased with me watching the video. Any music video actually. Now I’m grown and I know exactly what it means and man… overly sexual would be an understatement.
I guess that’s what made him oh so sexy.
Coming from an era that boy bands ruled the charts, whether white or black (Boyz II Men, New Edition, Backstreet Boyz, Westlife, Jackson 5, N’Sync, Blackstreet) it was only right that 112 fit right in. My favorite record from the crew would have to be Cupid. Peaches and Cream seems like a rather risky record to pick 😉
Sexy songtress Mya was one of the RnB artists that ruled the 90s as well with major hits like the absolute number one smash “Case of The Ex”.
Knowing how good music from the 90s was, this concert will definitely be a blast so you should definitely get your ticket and get into this time machine.
