Yes, yet another high-end hotel has recently emerged in Nairobi. Brussels-based global hotels group, Carlson Rezidor have stuck to their plans for their expansion in Kenya. The country has been experiencing an increase in the number of international visitors over the past years whilst domestic tourism has also been on a rise.
The new Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence is located near Nairobi’s Arboretum Park and has 122 rooms and apartments, two restaurants, spa and gym.
For the launch, East Africa Breweries Limited partnered with Radisson Blu to treat the invited guests to a night of cocktails and networking. The event was officiated by Tourism Chief Administrative Secretary Joseph Boinet who had a lot to share on the current state of the hospitality sector.
