Concertgoers took to social media to express dissatisfaction with Stanbic Yetu Festival’s poor quality sound, setup, and sitting arrangements, to the inadequate food and restroom facilities.

In a statement, Radio Africa Events has responded addressing the concerns raised from the event that saw groups Boyz II Men and Sauti Sol perform at the General Arena.

“We however sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations with regards particularly to the sound quality and layout in the General Arena.”

The organizers noted they have taken the feedback seriously.
