Pulse Music Video Awards 2022 nominees list is out! This follows a call for submissions made last month under the theme – PMVA The Greats. A total of 19 categories (6 of them being regional) are up for the contest. These categories include Best Video Vixen, Best Audio Producer, and Viewers’ Choice to mention a few.
Some of the nominees include Mejja, Femi One, Nadia Mukami, Nikita Kering, Wanavokali, Matata, Uncojingjong, and Bahati to mention a few. Also on the nominees’ list are new artists such as Veryl Mkali Wao, and Shifuu. Popular 2022 bangers such as Kuna Kuna, Hepi, and Kanairo Dating have made it to the nominees’ list as well.
The Pulse Music Video Awards 2022 voting can be 2 ways – online or via SMS. To vote online, simply login to the Pulse Music Video voting portal and select your favorite nominees. Then click submit votes to make your vote count. Note that you can only vote once online.
To vote via SMS, simply text ‘PMVA’ followed by chosen nominee code e.g., ‘PMVA 1A’ to 22845. Unlike in online voting, you can vote as many times as you wish via text. All the votes must be submitted before the 15th December 2022 deadline.
The public votes will account for 40% of the overall voting score, while the jury will determine the rest. Winners will be announced at a gala ceremony after the judging stage.
