This weekend will see Kisumu city reap the real benefits of local and regional tourism as it gears up for a massive show at the Kisumu grounds and Impala Sanctuary. The People Of The Nile festival is a three-day event scheduled to kick off Friday 9th December all way till Sunday 11th.

10 Countries, 100 cultures meet up for a 3day extensive mind boggling music, art, dance, culture and food extravaganza. Among the countries to show up include Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Congo and the melting point of all these rich cultures is Kisumu Kenya.
