Over 70 Bars & 150 Kenyan Artistes, Tusker OktobaFest Is Back

Kenya’s biggest Beer Festival, Tusker OktobaFest is here once again. The 2021 edition dubbed ‘A Festival Dekonstructed,’ is set to begin on Saturday, 9th October 2021. This month-long festival seeks to celebrate Kenyan beer in a special way through entertainment, drinks, food, and music.

According to the organizers, Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL), the 2021 edition will be bigger and better as it will be giving Tusker consumers amazing in-bar experiences in over 70 bars across the nation. In Nairobi, the beer festival will begin across the city at K1 Klubhouse, The Carnivore, Quiver, and Ibury Lounge.

Tusker OktobaFest 2021 will also feature live performances from over 150 Kenyan artists. The brand is hoping to ease the effects of the pandemic on the creative industry through this festival. Some of the headlining acts include Mejja, Khaligraph Jones, Ssaru, Matata, Femi One, Buruklyn Boyz, Wakadinali, Silverstone Barz, Kagwe Mungai, and Chris Kaiga.

In a bid to bring joy to Kenyans through Tusker, the festival will also include exciting offers for the fans celebrating from the comfort of their homes. This will be done through KBL’s e-commerce platform www.partycentral.co.ke and will also include a one-of-a-kind opportunity to win a house party.

The festival’s deals only get better as there will be lots of amazing prizes, caravans, beer activations, and unique celebrations such as the Asante Shujaa that will allow fans to nominate their personal heroes for exciting gifts, just to mention a few.

The Brewery through their Head of Marketing Beers Anne-Joy Michira, expressed their excitement at this opportunity for Tusker to connect with their consumers once more, following last year’s hiatus that was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Details on the dates for each participating bar and artist will be available on Tusker’s social media pages and Tusker OktobaFest microsite that is set to go live this Friday
