Ohangla Queen Lady Maureen is dead. According to reports, the 36-year-old Ohangla Music star passed on today morning at around 3 am at her home in Uriri, Migori County. Her sister Bella Achieng’ confirmed that the singer who had been fighting a long illness was recovering at home after being discharged from pastor Machage Memorial Hospital in Migori when she passed away.
Maureen Achieng’ Otiu who is popularly known as Lady Maureen is famous for hits such as Jogi Jokuoge, Olimo, Wang’ni Wabiro, Alemo, Gor Kogallo and Raila among others.
Kenyans on Twitter have poured their heartfelt condolences and special tributes to the fallen star.
