Rapper Octoppizo on Wednesday 21 was live on Youtube to promote his album “Jungle Fever” through some creative, authentic traditional African art performances.
Dubbed the Jungle Fever Experience, Octopizzo brought out the best of Kenyan, Luo culture with great traditional performances fused with modern-day hip hop.
“With this album, I seek to foster a society that values music both as part of universal education, universal language and as an essential expression of the human experience and spirit brought to life by culture,” said the rapper.
“If you are someone listening from outside Africa it gives you a feeling of urgency to come to Africa and experience the lifestyle, the good and the bad and participate in making the place better.”

On Instagram, the rapper specifically thanked music director Lolly P for shooting and directing the project.
“I want to take this moment to thank everyone who tuned in last Night gor the #JungleFever #experience,” he said.
“Mostly I want to thank my Executive Producer @mikelollyp if it’s not for him not even one video off Jungle Fever would have seen the light, forever ♾ grateful Broski. You made the Vision come true. To everyone participant of the creation of this classic that will be here for days I can’t appreciate you enough.”
