Nasty C fell in love with his Kenyan fans last year when he hit the Nairobi stage at the Jameson Connect concert. He was astounded by Kenyans reciting his lyrics word for word and he did promise a return.
Fast forward to July 2018, Africa’s Coolest Kid and 21-year-old refined rapper Nasty C will hit the stage at the Ngong Racecourse from 6 pm as kicks off his Ivyson Tour.
The tour is meant to give his fans a better understanding of his latest Album Strings & Blings. I am excited about this concert as it will be my first major performance since dropping my album and I am glad that my Kenyan fans will be able to experience it live.’’
The Hype Group Limited and Mwanaume Ni Effort (MNE) have come together to bring this concert this month: The Kaya Fest. Top Kenyan acts including The Kansoul, Rosa, Barak Jacuzzi, and newcomers: Ethic Group of the hit song “Lamba Lolo” are also set to grace the Kaya Fest stage.
UK rapper Kojo Funds who was also set to headline the concert will not be performing.
