Nairobi Performing Arts Studio Set on Supporting Youngsters During Covid-19

The Nairobi Performing Arts Studio in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports, Culture & Heritage of Kenya will be offering online acting and singing courses for high school students. The online classes, which are set to begin on 7 May 2020 from 11 a.m., will be running for 4 weeks.

Nairobi Performing Arts Studio (NPAS) is a performing arts academy offering classes in drama, dance and voice training from professional actors, choreographers and musical directors. The Arts Studio has been on the front line in improving the practicals skills of creatives in the film and music industry in Kenya through their various programs.

This online lessons program is designed to help parents during these tough times of the Corona Virus pandemic by keeping youngsters engaged through equipping them with practical skills in film and music. NPAS has in the past worked with various experts such as Nice Githinji, Bilal Wanjau, Hellen Mtawali, Davina Leonard and Stuart Nash among others in its training programs.
