Fans over the weekend were treated to a night of thrilling performances by musical and dance group Matata at the Super Morio Experience alongside other top acts in Kenya.
‘Super Morio Experience’, the first concert by Matata after the release of their debut album Super Morio.
The Norwegian-based band put on a show fit for the end of the year, as they interacted with fans on a personal level as well.
Speaking after the event wrapped up, Matata shared the event’s mood was like a carnival’s.
“We lived a dream. Nobody wanted to wake up. That was beyond any script.” Wrong Matata.
Matata added, “Tunawapenda sana. You are the reason we do this.
The night felt short. Time felt sped up, energy was contagious and the mood was like a carnival.
Ya’ll came to have a good time and a good time is all we had.”
