If you are wondering if Lupita is still having the best year ever, well the answer is Heck yeah!! The Oscar winning actress landed a spot on the coveted glossy magazine solidifying her prominence in the Fashion world. She is the second African woman to be featured on VOGUE, the first African to be featured was Ethiopian super model, Liya Kebede. Vogue has a history of not represeting Black women on their covers having only eight women on their cover since 1989.
