Kenyan reality series, Kyallo Kulture, is returning for a second season on Showmax. The show follows the personal lives of Betty Kyallo and her sisters, Mercy and Gloria Kyallo. It was a hit becoming one of the top 10 most-watched shows on Showmax in Kenya in 2022. Additionally, last year, it was also nominated for Best TV Show at the Kalasha Awards.

In season one, viewers got a glimpse into the joys and pains of sisterhood and the importance of family in difficult situations. The sisters shared their stories, from Betty’s daughter Ivanna to the risks they took to build their different brands.
Kyallo Kulture Season Two
In season two, the Kyallo sisters are on separate journeys but will relearn each other and answer the question: “What is my next move?”
The show’s return as a Showmax Original promises even more excitement and energy. Betty, who is excited to be back for a new season, promises viewers a different side of the Kyallo sisters, with more growth and maturity. Mercy, who recently turned 30, plans to embrace adulthood and live life to the fullest. Meanwhile, Gloria, the youngest of the sisters, will share her colorful journey into youth.
Produced by Eugene Mbugua’s D&R Studios, which is also behind The Real Housewives of Nairobi, Kyallo Kulture will benefit from the lessons learned from the success of RHONairobi. The Real Housewives of Nairobi broke streaming records for the most first-day views for any title on Showmax in Kenya when it premiered in February 2023. It continues to top Showmax charts and Twitter trends with every weekly episodic release.
D&R Studios’ team is excited to have Kyallo Kulture renewed for a second season. The show will once again showcase the love, support, and strong bond between the Kyallo sisters, making it a must-watch.
Kyalo Kulture season two premiers on Showmax on 23rd May 2023.
