Kenyan label outfit Kaka Empire just released its first major project as a label featuring signed acts who include Femi One, Jadi and CEO King Kaka. The jam dubbed ‘Deni’ is a showcase and celebration of Unity and the nitty-gritty of a family that the label is founded on.
Speaking about the collaborative project, the head of Talent management at the label Dennis Njega says that being one of the most successful artist management and record label in East Africa, it was about time Kaka Empire showed the world why they are the best.
The CEO of the label King Kaka sees the chemistry with his artists and he is ready to showcase that to the world. He says it should be documented and exposed to the world so that fans can see what they are offering.
The band Jadi, which comprise of Vince, Brandon and Ethan were excited to be on the project. ”For us, it was an experience of growth and patience especially since we took all the time we needed to make sure the song sounds how we want it to and also lots of fun and a boast of creativity while working with such diverse talents for one song,” said Vince.
Femi one was equally ecstatic about working with her team: “being the first time working together on a project, it was great seeing each artist in their element.
