K1 Flea Market Set To Inject More Fun Into Your Sunday

The Sunday plan since I can remember has always been the Vineyard in Westlands, tempting us back, having been there the days before, with an offer of hangover soup and mimosas. Also, inevitably, another hangover. Perhaps it’s the age thing *do you realize that the 1990 babies are all 18 now* that makes hangovers on a Monday unbearable, or that I finally got my priorities in order, either way, I needed a new Sunday plan this year!

My friend, have you been to the K1 Flea Market yet? Held every Sunday at K1, the market is curated and run by singer and actress, Kaz Lucas, who says that, “Getting it off the ground was a lot easier than I imagined because I have an amazing team of people at K1 who work so well with the vision.”

The market gives a diverse group of vendors with different items both new and old, an opportunity to sell. From body butter to art to fashion and a whole lot more. “It’s very young and I’m trying to get a proper flea market feel, but I know that will take time,” she remarked. “The plan is to grow and become the only place to be on a Sunday.”

It’s such a wholesome experience, inexpensive and fun packed for the kids as well, they have a kids section. But what’s the best part about it? All Day Brunch! Yup! From 10 am till 6pm. The pie queen, as she is sometimes known, serves up a mean brunch. Pancakes and waffles, drizzling with golden syrup…Bacon. She had me at bacon!

Here’s what you can expect at the K1 Flea Market, good music, good food, great company and a new shopping experience. “It’s a beautiful Sunday afternoon plan!”

If you’re a vendor with something to offer the Flea Market, it’s as simple as this, drop Kaz an email at kaz@kazentertainment.com
