Jowie Makes His Debut To The Music Industry With Single ‘Nishikilie’

Joseph Kuria Irungu popularly known as Jowie released his debut hit titled Nishikilie. The 4:30 minute long track is a gospel song in which he asks God to hold his hand through the trials and tribulations of life.

The former military officer, who became famous after being a suspect in the Monica Kimani murder case, highlights the story of his complete transformation similar to the biblical conversion of Saul to Paul. Jowie flaunts his unique vocal ability in the track and shows an emotional side of himself in the song. Below is the official audio that was released via his YouTube Channel which is growing steadily as more and more people are visiting it to see the other side of this former military officer.

Many people are surprised by the news of his musical debut but Jowie’s has a musical background that saw him become a voice coach in a Church at his hometown in Nakuru and even a music band member before hitting the limelight. Produced by Safri Records, the song is receiving favorable reviews from fans and critics alike if the comments on the YouTube comment section are anything to go by.

“I have over 20 songs that I have written and recorded at Safri Records awaiting release. Through my music, I hope many will be inspired. I want to use my testimony through my music to bring healing and transformation to all those seeking a new beginning” Said Jowie.
