How NRG Radio Royalties Marked Women’s History Month

Happy Women’s Month!

From 1st March to 31st March, women across the globe are marking milestones in their livelihoods, careers, and various movements, and this year’s Women’s International Day culminated on Friday, 8th, March 2024.

We caught up with NRG ladies who have broken the glass ceiling in the Radio space, redefining the female sound in Radio.

The ladies, Mwalimu Rachel, Natalie Githinji, and their colleagues conferred at Social house over the weekend, marking and celebrating their milestones, while creating unforgettable experiences.

The event, courtesy of Tusker Cider’s Cheers to Our Real Ones campaign was filled with excitement.

The Radio queens indulged in creative delights of creative delights of caricature drawings.

They also participated in all-time lady’s favourite, paint- and sip.

Adding to the ambiance were captivating performances by talented saxophonists and the vibrant beats of DJ Sir M, who kept the energy high and the crowd grooving all night long.

Mwalimu Rachel’s Message during Women’s History Month

Marking Women’s History Month, gifted Radio host Mwalimu Rachel encouraged ladies to pursue their dreams and have confidence while at it.
“Ladies be courageous in pursuing your dreams and have confidence as you do it!” She said adding …

I celebrate you all.”

Sharing remarks about the event at Social house, Tusker Cider Shopper Manager Victor Adada said the aim is to cherish the moments that truly matter.
