How Celebrities Marked 19 Years Since E-Sir’s passing

Wednesday, March 16th 2022 marked 19 years since the tragic passing of Kenyan Rapper E-Sir.

The hip hop legend, Issah Mmari Wangui, know for making timeless classics including Hamnitishi, Boomba train, Moss Moss among other hits was remembered in a year he would’ve turned 40 years.

Nameless who collaborated with the E-Sir on ‘Bombaa Train’ wrote a message on Instagram;

“19 years since you left us, 16 March 2003. Love and miss you bro!!

You still inspiring the new generation with your awareness!”

Nameless shared his favourite tracks by the late Rapper.

“Fam, what’s your favourite Esir jam, mine was moss moss, Leo ni Leo and ofcourse Boomba.” He wrote

Recently Nameless alongside Trio Mio, Dmore, Habib and Nelly The Goon release a single, ‘Bandana ya E-sir’ to celebrate E-sir, writing;
“A Kenyan Icon, an inspiration to many, who passed away 19 years ago at the age of 21!”
