Anyway, let’s get to it.

Lemon, olive oil and honey shots

Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a glass, and add one tablespoon of extra virgin oil and a teaspoon of honey. Mix them up and drink up. This concoction works great to soothe dry throats and coughs.

Good old Dawa

Take about an inch or two of ginger, and a clove of garlic, peel, and pound/crush. Boil the paste in one and a half glass of water for about 10 minutes. Set aside and add juice of one lemon. Enjoy while hot. Take this three times a day and thank us later. Taking this daily also helps boost your immunity keeping infections at bay.

Hibiscus tea

This tea is the truth and nothing but the truth. Hibiscus tea is a great anti-oxidant and a great source of vitamin c. It also has anti-inflammatory properties making it great for fighting the flu. Steep a cup and enjoy with or without honey. Guaranteed results by your third cup😊.
