#OwnYourCulture was the tagline for the “Hairitage Chronicles” – festival that went down this past weekend at the Ngong Racecourse, and it stayed true to its word: namely acting as a vessel to continue the promotion, preservation and the celebration of beauty, art, fashion, jeweler and stories in Kenya and around the wider East African region.
It takes a village, goes the quote – and the village will continue to morph into something bigger at every opportunity.

Nurtured Knotts, leading the event, was founded with the aim of curating unique experiences that connect women and men of color with some of the best brands in Kenya on matters hair, beauty, fashion, fitness and the arts.
