Here’s Everything You Need To Know About PRC!

PRC (Property Reality Company) is a one of a kind real estate company, investing in more than just selling land but also creating an agricultural community while at it (agronomic support). The advantage of buying land from PRC is that you don’t have to set up your farm from scratch, you buy land already set up, equipped with such resources as a borehole and a green house.

It’s main aim is to provide affordable real estate and also have you, as the land owner, make money off it. The company has been in operation for about six and a half years. It’s the only company doing this and there’s proof of concept.

How does entertainment (The Plot) tie into PRC’s agenda, being a real estate company?

They wanted to combine investment with good music and fun. Music is probably the only thing that can take you to a certain point in your life and make you feel exactly how you felt then, no matter how many years ago it was.

The reason they went the 90s and early 2000s way was because this isn’t necessarily music you hear on the radio now and they want to expose those who are young, who come out to the shows, to the music before their time that was timeless, emotional and could move masses.

“There’s no reason why you shouldn’t have fun will investing.”

Whether they were afraid that these artists who heavily ruled the old school wouldn’t attract a crowd, no they weren’t. They expected an audience but what they have received so far has superseded all their expectations.

The Plot is going to be a yearly event and for the next year, though they wouldn’t say, they’re looking at even bigger acts to come and have a Kenyan experience.

No, they’re not targeting just an older crowd (say, your folks and aunts/uncles). They also want the younger crowd to enjoy the shows and also invest early because you couldn’t possibly go wrong with an investment in land.
