The political season is fast gaining momentum across the country as the August general election draws near.

Renown gospel artist Loise Kim has officially thrown her hat in the ring for the Kiambu women rep seat this coming election.

Gospel musician Loise Kim reportedly dumped by husband after acquiring a UK  visa - Sharon Madonna!

The award winning artist took to her social media to make the big announcement and share her campaign poster.

The Muthukumi hit-maker also urged her fans to register as voters in the ongoing second phase of voter registration cycle before it is closed again on Feb 6th.

This comes just days after renowned Inooro radio presenter and host Anne Wamuratha also made the critical step to join politics ahead of the forthcoming August general election.

The campaign season has heated up in the country and more and more celebrities and public figures have joined the race. Kiss 100 presenter Jalang’o also announced that he is quitting his job to focus on the campaign trail.
