Celebrated Jamaican presenter Conrad Gray, alias G Money has returned after a short leave to host the morning show on Homeboyz Radio following the suspension of Lift Off Breakfast show trio Shaffie Weru, DJ Joe Mfalme, and DJ Neville.
The 3 were fired after airing victim-shaming utterances in regard to a gender-based violence incident which led to a public uproar online. Lift-Off was also suspended for six months and the station fined Ksh 1 million following the clip.
The announcement of G Money’s return was made by the station through their official social media accounts revealing that G Money will now be hosting a morning show dubbed G Money In The Morning every weekday from 6 AM-10 AM.

After the show aired on Monday, G Money thanked his fans for their support and shared a positive quote as fans welcomed him with congratulatory messages.
“Thank you for your company on the show this morning. “May Allah ﷻ remove any hatred from our hearts and fill it with love instead” – This is my energy for Monday. Have a great day,” he wrote in his post.
Before landing this role, G Money used to host ‘The Lift Off’ morning show alongside Neville and comedian Ronoh but the trio later split.
