The first edition of Social Sunday Fashion Brunch happened this April.
Fashion Award-winning stylist and Sunday Nation columnist Connie Aluoch, in partnership with the Social House, are curating and organizing a series of fashion brunches to promote #MadeInKenya designers.
The designers who were showcased during this first edition were Deepa Dosaja, Aulgah Nato, and accessories designer Zanta Adeyde. Each designer had the opportunity to showcase a 16-piece collection during their 30-minute interactive fashion show.
The designer collections will be available for purchase at the Social House retail store, E-Commerce, and In-house TV platforms from the end of April to June this year.
The second edition of the Social Sunday Fashion Brunch is scheduled for June 2022 where there will be another set of 3 selected designers who will showcase their collections.
The event was well attended by fashion enthusiasts as well officials from the government and private sector.
