The Nairobi Cocktail Fair finally went down over the weekend at the picturesque venue, Ngong Racecourse Waterfront. This was the first edition of the Muze Club and Kenya Bartenders organized event. The fair brought together Kenya’s finest mixologists and bartenders who served the attendees a wide range of cocktails and mocktails.
Onboard, were various popular brands such as Takamaka Rum, Kenya Originals Ciders, Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Redbull Energy Drink, and Jose Cuervo Tequilla just to mention a few. The fair was an enchanting outdoor experience that offered various curated cocktail experiences i.e., Whisky World, Gin-Topia, Rum Island, and Tequila Town.

Despite the slow start on Saturday, the event was able to gain momentum and culminate into an amazing show by its second and final day, Sunday. It was generally a chill event where the revelers were treated to multi-genre music mixes from the Muze Club DJs and also delicious snacks to accompany the endless cocktails. The beautiful setup was perfect for day drinking with friends.

For both days, the weather seemed a bit shaky for the summer chic dress code that had been prescribed by organizers, but all turned out well as it didn’t rain.
We can’t wait for the next edition. Hopefully, there will be live music performances.
