Former K24 news anchor Eric Njoka is set to work with one of India’s largest News networks; Zee Media Corporation Limited after signing a deal with them.
The celebrated journalist made this announcement on his social media page encouraging others to always remain hopeful while chasing their ambitions.
“It happens when you keep at it. See you on the other side. It’s up to you to shape your Destiney. Never stop trying and dreaming. It happens. Here is to new titles” he wrote.
Being affiliated with the international media station serves as a great achievement to the journalist and places him on the global map considering that the News network has 14 news channels in six different languages with an audience of more than 220 million viewers.
His announcement attracted congratulatory messages from his fans as well as his fellow media personalities who hailed him for his new role.
Njoka’s comeback in the industry comes months after he was fired from K24 after working at the station for 6 years.
“As I take time to rest, I am also strategizing on which direction I want to take my career and I am also looking for opportunities beyond the country,” he stated after leaving K24.
He was among the media personalities who launched his youtube channel where he aired a show dubbed CENTRED.
Njoka has been in the media industry for 13 years and other than K24, he previously worked for CCTV Africa & KTN.
