Miss World Kenya, Sharon Obara was pleasantly surprised when the captain of the flight she was on-board handed her a handwritten good luck card.
The Card signed by the entire flight crew in their own languages wished the model good luck ahead of the 2021 Miss World pageant.
The model commented on Twitter;
“By the time this experience ends, I will have cried an ocean”
Obara noted she had the time of her life as she shared a snippet of her luxurious 15 hours flight with Emirates Airline.
Sharon Obara Heads Off to Puerto Rico
Sharon Obara, the current titleholder of miss world Kenya left for Puerto Rico to participate in the upcoming 70th edition of the Miss World pageant.
The 19-year-old has been documenting her journey to Puerto Rico:
“See you soon Puerto Rico.”
The model mentioned this was her first international flight, making light of how she did not know how to act.
She also added she received an emotional send-off;
Miss World 2021
The special education professional will battle it out with 116 other entrants including Kenyan-born Rehema Muthamia, who is representing England after emerging the winner of Miss England 2021.
Miss World 2021 will be held on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021, at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan.
