Comedian Elsa Majimbo has made an official request for an Invite to The Met Gala.
“I’m headed to America and I want to attend the Met Gala, how hard is it to get in? I know you need to be Iconic to attend so we already know I’m over qualified.”
A few hours later she posted an updated on her Red Carpet Debut Campaign, “I’m in New York! Still no Met Gala Carpet Invite, but there’s still time. I’ll keep you all posted!
She later took to her Instagram stories saying, “Met Gala still hasn’t messaged me, it’s tommorow, do you want an Icon or not? Like I’m still waiting, there must be some data issues, there’s a network problem.”

All through Elsa’s Campaign to be invited to the Met Gala, she recorded with her Ray-Ban stories smart glasses.

Ray-Ban stories is a first pair of glasses which allows users to capture photos, and short videos to easily post on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
Users can also listen to music, podcasts as well as take calls.
Facebook unveiled it’s first smart glass on Thursday, Sep. 9, 2021 in a step towards it’s aim of offering true augmented reality spectacle, partnering with an already popular brand Ray-Ban.
