On the other hand, Nyashinki retaliates with responses to the accusations. Produced by Ihaji, the strong emotions of the song are very clear in the performers’ vocals and lyrics. Moreover, the musical chemistry between the two singers is evident in their delivery. We can only hope for more collaborations between these two stars in the future.

Sipangwingwi – Exray Taniua Ft Trio Mio & Ssaru

Representing the Gengetone front, is this new banger dubbed Sipangwingwi. The song is definitely a hit. It has a catchy chorus that has the potential to become a common Kenyan phrase. Furthermore, with the barz in the verses and fire visuals, Sipangwingwi deserves a slot in your favorite DJ’s next mix.

Salsa – Ssaru Ft Cedo

Salsa is a showcase of Ssaru’s versatility as it is noticeably different from her usual Gengetone songs. Its audio which is produced by Cedo has a base that is heavily layered with Latin music undertones. Topped up with Ssaru’s rap verses and catchy sing-along chorus, this song is a stupendous production. The music video features beautiful salsa dance choreography, and Ssaru’s colorful outfits and make-up. Her risk to try something different through this song has paid off as fans are clearly loving it.

Monicah – Naiboi

Off his latest EP Otero, Naiboi’s Monicah is the love song of the week. The song is easy to jam to and very groovy. Its music video is features beautiful scenery and shots of Naiboi chilling with his beautiful love interest. This is definitely, an amazing song to dedicate to your romantic partner.
