Brunch Scene In Kenya Set To Change After This Collaboration

Kenya Breweries Limited and Eat Out Kenya recently held a lavish brunch party in Nanyuki dubbed “The Big Brunch Party”. The brunch party was an experience of a lifetime, and the great news is that it will extend to over 30 restaurants in Nairobi, from the 24-25th of this month.

The KBL brand on the spotlight will be their sugar free White Cap lager which has recently also been a sponsor for the Nairobi Polo Tournament. White Cap who’s logo features the slopes of Mt. Kenya is on a mission to take Kenyan brands, people, lifestyle scene and destinations to the next level and who better to team up with than Eat Out Kenya.

A number of well known influencers, hotel and restaurant owners as well as top photographers, journalists and lifestyle and travel bloggers joined EABL and Eat Out for a road trip to Nanyuki where the highlights of the trip included a stay at the award-winning Maiyan Resort, an intricate barbeque at Soammes Hotel and Restaurant, a helicopter or CESNA plane ride over the top of Mt. Kenya, and to top it all, an exquisite brunch also at the Soammes.

Participating restaurants will offer brunch lovers complimentary White Cap Lager, enticing brunch menus and beer bucket offers throughout the weekend.

“We are setting the mood for Christmas holiday, because Kenya is becoming a culinary tourism destination. In the past the country has experienced a huge boom in food and drink festivals, therefore, as KBL we have to continue doing disrupting activities like the Big Brunch,” said Andrew Kilonzo who is KBL’s Sales Director.
