Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo expressed her astonishment after receiving a special invitation from none other than Queen Bey, also known as Beyoncé.
All indications strongly suggest that this invitation was for Beyoncé’s 42nd birthday celebration, as the iconic artist was born on September 4.
Taking to social media to share her reaction, Majimbo couldn’t contain her excitement, exclaiming, “Beyoncé surprised me. Beyoncé surprised me. I got a surprise from Beyonce. Imma cry.”
Beyoncé has been on a whirlwind tour for most of the year, recently concluding her Los Angeles performance, which was attended by numerous celebrities over the weekend.
In the video clip shared online, the audio invitation features Beyoncé saying to Majimbo, “Hello Elsa, it’s Beyoncé. Welcome to join me on my year-long journey. I’ve experienced it all, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you. I wish I could be there tonight, but I’m currently occupied in one of my favorite sacred spaces, where you will be joining me later. Are y’all ready to light up the night?”
