Bensoul’s New EP ‘Medicine’ Is Pure Soulful Vibes

Bensoul’s new EP titled Medicine is finally out. Medicine which is his second EP after signing to Sauti Sol’s Sol Generation has 4 songs namely: Stereo, Sugar Rush, Ntala Nawe  and Medicine.

The Nairobi singer had earlier promised his fans a new EP via his socials where he wrote: “Everyone is looking for a cure. The cure comes in so many forms. Some find it in science, some find it in religion, some in music others in love. The cure lies within. This is my cure. Stay tuned for my Acoustic EP MEDICINE, dropping this Friday. Dedicated to my cure. What or who is your cure??”

All the songs in this EP are love songs delivered in Bensoul’s classic easy and soulful style. There is no doubt that Medicine hosts some of the best love song dedications. The Lucy Hitmaker clearly went out of his way to flaunt his songwriting and vocal prowess in these songs. While the EP has no collaborations, its production was a collaborative effort of Bensoul and producers Victor Mbogo and Fancy Fingers and instrumentalists Mutoriah, Yvan Khwisera and Tim Reynolds.

Medicine is available on various music streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, iTunes, Amazon Music, Tidal, and YouTube. Only the audios are out so far and we can’t wait for the music videos.

Last year, Bensoul’s EP Qwarantunes that hosted hits such as Peddi and Forget You among others, received lots of positive reviews from fans, a true testament of his growth as an artist and songwriter.
