Media personality Anita Nderu is not new to controversy and her latest sentiments about being Pro-LGBTQ have completely blown up the internet.
Taking to her Twitter account this morning, Anita expressed herself saying she hopes her kids never have to go through what she has gone through for being LGBTQ+
“I hope my kids never have to go through what I have gone through for being LGBTQ+,” she wrote.

Her sentiments come just a few months after she did a video for her ‘The Overdressed Cook’ show featuring men from the LGBTQ community that got Kenyans angered.
Though the video was in celebration of Pride Month, a month dedicated to raising awareness about the plight of the LGBTQ community; it seems that KOT did not take it as well. The Instagram video went viral, with many quick to judge Nderu’s character.

Her sentiments have also caught KOT by surprise and left fans confused as she has time and again professed her love for her Indian bae which has lasted for about a decade.
Regardless, KOT have taken it upon themselves to not wait for an explanation but bash her for her sentiments with very few actually supporting her.

Did you notice LGBTQ people always want to fight everytime u don't agree with them?
They site Democracy as their source of strength.
Means they have a rights, don't they know that democracy dictates that the majority wins and decides on behalf of the minority.

I know Anita Nderu was not raised in a pro alphabet family. She is a product of a male and a female and it's not fair at all to even want to raise a child otherwise.

Dear Anita Nderu, It doesn't necessarily mean your children will be LGBTQ+ like you have been. But if they do, I hope the world shows them love. It's all we need as mortal humans. @AnitaNderu pic.twitter.com/SfowISMewm
