NTV presenter Amina Abdi Rabar has been nominated for the prestigious Africa Choice Awards under the media personality of the year category.
Sharing the news on her Instagram page, Amina expressed her excitement revealing that making it to the list as a contestant is indeed humbling.
The vocal presenter who is famously known for hosting the trend show is contesting for this award alongside 4 other TV personalities but is the only Kenyan representing Kenya on the list.

One of the contestants she is up against is a Nigerian media personality IK Osakioduwa whom she hosted the 7th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs) with earlier this year.
This will mark the second edition of the Africa choice awards after its inauguration last year with the aim of celebrating accomplishments of personalities in the media and entertainment industry.
Amina is indeed deserving of this nomination considering that she is one of the most versatile personalities in Kenya and has had several achievements in the industry.
Apart from this nomination, Amina Abdi was recently awarded for being East Africa’s Most Stylish female host of the year in the East Africa Fashion awards.
