American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson alias ‘Mr. Beast’ has drilled 52 boreholes in Kenya to provide water to communities and schools lacking clean drinking water.
This is part of the content creators mission to build 100 wells throughout the continent. As part of his philantropic efforts he also build dams and provided computers to students in Kenya.
Donaldson revealed that the continental project took over eight months to complete.
“These 100 wells we built in Africa will change a lot of lives but definitely not enough. That is why we need your help,” he stated.

He further added that such projects do not require a lot of money from the government, just people willing to help.
The video has since garnered more than 31 million views since its upload on Saturday, November 4th.
“I already know I’m gonna get canceled because I uploaded a video helping people, and to be 100% clear, I don’t care. I am always going to use my channel to help people and try to inspire my audience to do the same,” Mr. Beast stated.
Kenyans seized the opportunity to compare Mr Beast’s projects to those ones launched by local politicians.
A section of Kenyans complained that politicians use more resources to launch projects rather than the total amount spent on the projects themselves.
The YouTuber also went to Zimbabwe, and Cameroon to build more wells and change the lives of the locals.
