Akothee’s World Tour To Donate 50% Of The Proceeds To Famine Victims

Kenyan songstress and entrepreneur Akothee has officially announced her Akothee Empire World Tour dates which will start from the 20th of April all the way to 15 November 2019. She will perform in various places such as Beijing, Oslo, Paris, New York, London and Nyalenda among others. The singer also confirmed via her social media handles that she will be donating 50% of the proceeds from this tour to the funding of long term solutions to famine in Kenya.

Recently Akothee’s Company Akothee Safaris partnered with Silverstone Air, to transport food to the famine victims in Turkana. This came after the media covered the saddening stories of the drought in Turkana.

Akothee’s fans have welcomed this move if her their comments on social media are anything to go by.
