5 Romantic Movies You Can Watch To Wind Off After A ‘Hectic’ Valentines Day

Year in year out, we usually pray that Valentines Day will fall on a Friday or during the weekend in order to fully maximize the day with our loved ones.

This year, we aren’t lucky either. Valentines is on a Thursday and most lovers will only manage to steal a few hours for maybe a dinner date or just a few drinks before heading home for a Friday early morning.

This teen rom-com stars Nick Robinson as Simon Spier, a closeted gay teenager who stars communicating online with another closeted guy at his school. But their communication is intercepted by a fellow classmate, who wants Simon to hook him up with a mutual friend.

3. How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

An advice columnist, Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson), tries pushing the boundaries of what she can write about in her new piece about how to get a man to leave you in 10 days. Her editor, Lana (Bebe Neuwirth), loves it, and Andie goes off to find a man she can use for the experiment. 

4. Disobedience

Rachel Weisz plays a woman who returns to the Orthodox Jewish community that shunned her—and restarts a forbidden romance with her former best friend (Rachel McAdams).

5. P.S. I Love You

When Gerry (Gerard Butler), the husband of Holly Kennedy (Hilary Swank), dies from an illness, she loses the love of her life. Knowing how hard Holly will take his death, Gerry plans ahead.
